Weismarketslife ships from our fulfillment location in Indianapolis, Indiana, and serves customers within the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other U.S. territory. We also do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays, begin processing on the next business day. Order processing takes 1–2 business days. This window gives our team and the assigned carrier enough time to pick, pack, and hand off your package.

Carrier transit time is an estimate provided by the carrier, not a guaranteed delivery date. Weather, peak season volume, or unforeseen events may occasionally extend delivery. The total estimated delivery time equals processing time plus carrier transit time.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free within the contiguous 48 United States. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping. We do not charge sales tax, and no tax is calculated or added at checkout.
Carrier Selection
We select the carrier based on the destination state to provide the most reliable service for your address. The specific carrier is confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website using that number. If tracking does not update within 3 business days, contact us at info@weismarketslife.my.
Delivery Issues
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, check around your delivery address and with neighbors first, then contact the carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at info@weismarketslife.my and we will assist you.
